The range includes the value focused Figlia, the butterfly inspired la Farfalla, and the Modella Prosecco with its stylish design and deliciously frothy, fruit filled character it is the perfect model of Prosecco.
Viticulture: The geographical area includes the northern part of the province of Chieti which goes up to the foot of the Maiella massif. The soils are clayey. The average annual rainfall in the area is between 700 mm in the coastal strip and 800/900 mm / year in the internal hill. The climate is warm temperate with significant temperature variations between day and night. Frequent ventilation determines optimal conditions for the health of the grapes.
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested manually followed by a soft pressing and fermentation maceration with selected yeasts at controlled temperature below 20 ° C in steel tanks. Cold stabilisation and bottling through isobaric filler.
